काठमाडौंको गोकर्णेश्वर नगरपालिका–६ स्थित जोरपाटी बाहुनधारामा रहेको सर्वनाम शिक्षालयका छात्रावास प्रमुख (वार्डेन) रामजी बस्नेत थुनामा छन् । शिक्षालयमा अध्ययनरत ३ जना छात्रामाथि उनले यौन दुर्व्यवहार गरेको आरोप छ । जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय रामेछापसँगको समन्वयमा प्रहरी वृत बौद्धले बस्नेतलाई जेठ २१ मा पक्राउ गरेर अनुसन्धान गरिरहेको छ । रामेछापको गोकुलगंगा गाउँपालिका–२ ठोसे घर भएका बस्नेत दुई वर्षदेखि सो स्कुलको छात्रावास प्रमुख थिए । उनीविरुद्ध कक्षा ७ मा अध्ययनरत ११ वर्षीया, कक्षा ८ मा अध्ययनरत १२ वर्षीया र कक्षा १० मा अध्ययनरत १४ वर्षीया किशोरीले यौन दुर्व्यवहार गरेको आरोपमा जाहेरी दिएका छन् । करिब ६ महिनादेखि वार्डेनले आफ्ना संवेदनशिल अंगहरूमा छुने र सुम्सुम्याउने गरेको किशोरीहरुले प्रहरीलाई बताएका छन् । छात्राहरुले अभिभावकलाई भनेपछि घटना बाहिरिएको थियो । होस्टल वार्डेन बस्नेतले छा

KATHMANDU: A bilateral memorandum of understanding for the construction of the identified 490.2 megawatts Arun-4 hydropower project has been signed between the governments of Nepal and India.
